About us

The idea with which we started back in 2005, was to focus exclusively on auditing and tightly related consulting services. As the time progressed, our clients’ demands transformed us, and we continued to enhance our capacities with accounting and other consulting services. By following the market’s momentum through the needs of our clients, we have grown into a reliable partner for many Croatian and international companies from English and German speaking areas, which operate in Croatia. Our team of qualified experts continually undergo a variety of educations so that we can remain one step ahead of our fast-growing number of clients. This allows us to offer high quality services to companies from different parts of the economy by combining our international experience, and an approach comprised of only the best modern practices. We continually educate our employees so that they are always informed about the latest changes in legislative and regulatory directives, with the primary goal of providing our clients with timely advice, thus maximizing the value of our service.

Partner

Janja Kulić, mag.oec. is a licensed business consultant and an authorized auditor with a ten-year experience (1995 – 2005) in Germany, Austria and Croatia. She was a Procurator and Senior manager in an international auditing firm Ernst & Young (one of the Big four auditing companies) and worked on a wide variety of assignments such as auditing, due diligence, valuations, projects, segmentation of business activities, the preparation of the privatization of large government companies, accounting consulting, tax consulting as well as the preparation of professional seminars.

Our staff

While machines make it technically possible to do business and innovate – their main drivers are still people – very talented people. In the end, new technologies should be in the service of humanizing work and working conditions.
